This Return Policy applies to physical and digital products sold by Washfresh through washfresh.world or via direct inquiry.

2. Withdrawal Right (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive physical goods, or for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to the contact details above before the period expires.
3. Physical Products
Physical items such as the Interval Card Set may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for direct return shipping costs unless we delivered incorrect or damaged goods.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen days of receiving the returned item or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier.
4. Digital Products
Digital downloads such as the Ambient Audio Pack and Digital Guide Bundle are delivered electronically. If you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights where applicable, returns may not be available after download access is granted.
If a file is defective or inaccessible, contact us within fourteen days for a replacement link or refund assessment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, notify us within seven days of delivery with a description and, where possible, photographs. We will arrange replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use beyond inspection, or for custom-made products explicitly agreed in writing.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically issued within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
